Build Process and Documentation

Based on various references of 18th century Caribbean Sugar Mills & Plantations.

The construction took place at Paardevlei outside Somerset West with an experienced team of skilled craftsmen orchestrating the artistry of the build, including Gary Brown {Carpentry Foreman} as my primary liason.
