Build Process and Documentation

Based on appropriate historical vessels, design drawing work and construction took place at Cape Town film studios with an experienced team of skilled craftsmen orchestrating the artistry of the build. Gary Brown {Carpentry Foreman} as my primary liason.

I entered the project in the early phases of construction of the Walrus half ship. The initial Art Direction drawing work and sculptural element illustration were realized by Catherine Palmer and Fred Mpuuga.
